The résumé makes sense if you squint.
I have a BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch, where I produced and directed Shakespeare and performed as an actor. I also have an MBA from NYU Stern. If those two degrees sound like they belong to different people, congratulations — you’ve identified the central tension of my life, and I’ve stopped apologizing for it.
For two and a half years I did Human Capital consulting at Deloitte. I learned an enormous amount about how organizations actually work — and how they don’t. I also learned how to make a truly beautiful slide. In June of 2026 I put both educations to use at once: I wrote and performed Circling Back, a one-woman musical comedy about corporate life. Two weeks later, I circled back on my whole career and left.
Now I’m on a year-plus cross-country road trip, working remotely, writing about why so many of us structure our lives around a promise that keeps not arriving — and interviewing people who’ve stopped waiting for it.
Other jobs I have held
Day-of wedding coordinator × 24
Twenty-four weddings. Zero canceled. I can de-escalate anyone.
Cruise ship host
Professional maker-of-fun on a floating city. Better training for consulting than the MBA.
Outdoor educator
Taught kids outside. Learned that people remember what they do, not what they’re told.
Vintage e-commerce founder
Ran my own resale business. Sourcing, pricing, shipping, the works.
The through-line, in case you’re looking for one: I make rooms full of people feel something, and I’m constitutionally incapable of doing a job just because it’s the next rung. That’s the whole brand. Want me in your room?
